Service terms.

These are draft service boundaries for review, not a substitute for an executed service agreement. The contracting entity and final legal terms must be confirmed before launch.

Scope and acceptance

Each engagement requires a statement of work identifying the product, supported versions, inputs, deliverables, timeline, fees and acceptance process. A website package summary does not replace that agreed scope. Monitoring subscriptions define supported releases, triage allowances and escalation contacts.

Manufacturer responsibilities

The manufacturer remains responsible for product facts, conformity decisions, signing the declaration and submitting authority reports. Roja prepares evidence, engineering work and drafts as agreed. We do not certify products, act as a notified body, provide legal advice or conduct penetration testing.

Inputs and authorisation

The customer must have authority to share artifacts and permit agreed access. Source, build outputs and credentials are handled through a separately agreed process. Do not submit secrets in the public inquiry form. Input limitations and unresolved questions are recorded in the deliverables.

Fees

Prices are in EUR excluding applicable VAT. Projects are 50% upfront, with further milestones agreed in the statement of work. Additional engineering, lab work and notified-body costs require an agreed scope. Annual prepay and subscription renewal conditions must be specified in the final contract.

Further contract terms

Confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, termination, data processing, governing law and dispute resolution remain subject to a completed legal review and executed agreement. No assurance of guaranteed regulatory acceptance is made by the website.
